Beef jerky, vegetables, train yourself to stop being a fatty? It's gonna take effort on your part. Either stop yourself from eating because you obviously don't need the calories...or workout.

Are you an over the road driver where your on the road for a couple of days or are you like my dad and is a road driver but comes home every night? Reason why I'm asking is because if you come home every night then you can get your ass to the gym for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

If your on the road for a few days at a time then try and find truck stops and jog around the truck stop for at least 20minutes. I've personally seen truck drivers, running, jogging, power walking around the truck stops.

As for food and all that jazz Dville and his girl will probably give you more advise. As for drinking though the only thing you need to drink is water. Drinking cokes, energy drinks, and all that shit just sits there while your driving down the slab.

Ok so you work LTL company like my father. What are your hours? Reason why I'm asking is because my dad who is almost 52 needs to get his ass into the GYM asap. My dad is on the extra board and pretty much gets woked up around 3am to find out what run they have and doesn't get home till about 8pm - 10pm sometimes so its a little hard on him. You can maybe try and workout before you go to work so that way you'll be wide awake for work. The first 2 - 4 weeks if you go that route you'll be a little worn out at work. But once you get use to it you'll feel like a champion. If you honestly just can't suck it up and do it, then go work out on the days off.

Do you have access to a microwave throughout the day?

Biggest deal is stop drinking anything but water, its hard at first if your addicted to caffeine so wing yourself off by having a coke or whatnot at lunch or dinner but just one. Also eat 7 to 8 smaller healthier meals rather than 3 non healthy. I drive all day as well so I know its tough, I live in west Texas so we don't have a lot of places to eat healthily, however I can pack a lunch. And exercise! I know its hard but take the kids for a walk or the dog do something! I've lost 80 pounds down to 250 but I am also 6'4 so...

I understand your point of view.

                      1. Can you get some cardio in on days off? Trust me, 30 minutes will make a difference in how you feel, the weight loss and reduce your appetite a little.

                      2. What is your current calorie intake and what do you eat throughout the day as of now? (not just recently, just in general) What you drink also matters. At what intervals do you eat? (2 big meals, 1 big meal, 3 big meals, 5 little meals?)

                      3. In your opinion, is it mostly belly fat you're trying to get rid of? If there is ANY workout you can do while waiting on loads it will help your metabolism. i.e push ups, curls while driving, little crunches while sitting, and so forth. Plus it all gets the blood flowing and helps.

To me, knowing #2 and if you're willing to do ANYTHING throughout the day will help provide some advice.

Peanut butter is straight calories and so is most bread. That was a terrible choice! Go with turkey, ham, or chicken with some Light miracle whip or something. snack on snap peas, beef jerky, or other vegetables.
