Add 5 lbs each time you get to you're working set on bench. Do 5 reps at 5 sets and go to your next exercise. Trying to hit muscles from different angles is just to get a pump. You won't get stronger without increasing weight each time n doing real compound exercises.

Power lifters don't compete with cable crossovers do they? Fuck no
I was a powerlifter for several years and can say with certainty...you don't know what you're talkin about. While your max lifts are cute...don't screw this guy over on progress. The addition of 5 lbs only works for amateurs...get back at me when you've lifted for over 2 years.

And secondly...powerlifters don't care about size. Crossovers, flyes, and auxiliary lifts will give you size.

A compound lift is one that involves more than just one major muscle group, like squat, deadlift or bench. Focus on concentration motions on whatever body group for the 7 set lift. It's TORTURE!

Yes, I know what a compound lift is. I was saying that a workout that avoids a compound exercise as its primary focus loses my attention quickly.
