    Also a helpful tidbit, myofusion protein powder is the best. You can make a cake with it for PWO that is to die for. Every microwave will be a little different, but my recipe works best with 1 scoop myo chocolate, 1tsp egg white, pinch of baking soda and some stevia or other sweetener, 1/3 cup of water. I heat in a ceramic bowl for 45-60 seconds and it is literally cake.

      anything to gain weight i dont think iv ever weighed over 120pounds and being over 6 foot i look like a ethiopian lol.

        chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of peanut butter. blend it up with skim milk and freeze it for 30 minutes. turns into a choco-peanut butter smoothie. and it's awesome.

              I have been making this shake PWO ever since my husband got on a Nilla Wafer kick.                 Down to 254 and weight loss slowing down after starting a 3 mile walk -run program every other day. Thought it would help with loosing weight but seems to be doing opposite ...

                    Is the scale your only measuring tool? Weight fluctuates with every diet soda you drink, every piece of gum you chew and especially with water depending on how much you have. You kinda need to tape measure yourself to see actual results. The scale can lie.

                              I have never had a diet, even when I got back in the gym in 2005, and needed to drop 50 lbs. I just retaught myself how to eat. Every person is different, and you have to fine tune your diet to fit your specific needs.
