I placed an order with Greg, he recommended a stack and some protein powder for my goals... Shipped the next day (cause I ordered on a Sunday) got it today.
I haven't started the stack yet, but have read nothing but good things about it (Oxy Elite Pro + Alpha T-2)
The powder he recommended was the VPX Syngex, which tastes awesome! Beats the hell out of the Body Fortress powdered manure I was drinking!
He also sent a little sample pack of a pre-workout drink called Pump Fixx (orange flavor). This little packet was the fucking bomb. Tastes like orange soda. Took it 30 minutes before workout, I could feel my body temp coming up. Got to the gym, and I couldn't stay still. I usually work arms / shoulders, resting about 2 minutes between reps. This stuff had me working on other stuff between reps. Arms/shoulders, couldn't sit still so I did legs, while resting for legs I was doing sit ups, rinse, repeat. I'm going to have to order some of this stuff and learn to stick with my routine while on it.
Damn that was a good workout.
