Cheapest/reputable place for testosterone injections?

Just turned 29. I had my levels checked before I ever started on test and my peak was about 250 and low of 89. Which is pretty normal for a 90 y/o man
I tried the gel at first and it was way too expensive and too much trouble. I ended up having to slather on about 4 pumps a day. The gel also rubs off of you and onto any one you come into contact with. I had a 1 y/o and a pregnant wife so that wasn't a good risk to take.
I started by taking a 1ml shot every month, then 1cml every other week. Im now on 1.5ml every other week and my levels are still way too low. My peak is around 290 now. My dr says it should be around 550-600(peak) and a low of 250(trough).
I buy mine @ cvs with a prescription and it's $85 for a 10ml vial. Needles cost 24 cents each(needle and barrel). I guess Im getting a pretty good deal then.

290 at 1ml of Test every other week? You might want to get a second opinion from reputable doctor.

I was going to my family dr and he I thought he was giving me bad advice/treatment. I started going to a urologists and he's finding the same issues. No matter how many times we up the dose my levels never peak above 250. The way he explained it to me is that your body is not supposed to be at a set level of testosterone. You naturally have peaks and troughs and according to him, my peaks should be around 550-600 and I should never get below 250. He has me do blood tests twice. Once right before my shot to see how low it's gotten and then another 3 days later.
My problem right now is that my level hasn't gotten above 200 no matter what I take.
This is how the urologists has explained it to me so if anyone has some credible data that conflicts it let me know..

LoL...either you arent taking real testosterone, or your aromatase activity is very active! What is your body fat percentage? What was your estradiol level on your last check? At 250mg/wk, my total testosterone is 1100-1400.
How long after your injection is he checking your level? You should get it checked 3-4days after the injection. You should also be on a low dose aromatase inhibitor. You need to get with an HRT doctor...

So what dosage of Letro are you using?

I dont use letrozole. It is too strong of an AI and it is a competitive inhibitor of aromatase. Competitive inhibitors arent a good option for guys on TRT. Letro shouldnt be used regularly anyway...it suppressed estrogens too well. You need it...just not in excess. Stick with AIs like AIFM and aromasin. I use aromasin...lowest dose to keep your estradiol at a normal level.

Push your doctor for shots one or twice a week or find a new doctor. Also, do some research on an AI but be careful as it's easy to play "online doctor" and next thing you know, you are taking 5 or 6 different things just because Dr. Anabol on the JuiceHeadz forum said that it works great for him.

Some guys do great with just test and HCG to keep the boys trucking along. Everyone is different though

OK. So my current doc won't prescribe any test to do at home, I have to go to his office every time I need an injection. I need a doc that will. Somewhere between Frisco and Grapevine would be nice. Any doctor recommendations?

Do you know of any reputable HRT dr's in DFW? I'd like to find one that seems to know as much as you do.

On another note, I had my T levels checked when i was about 30 yrs old and was told they are normal for someone my age.
