Im kinda surprisex that nobody has shown interest in this. Its not a full triathlon if thats what some of you are thinking. Its a 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike ride, and a 5k. Still not the easiest thing but its not for any type of competition.

I would rather ride 100 miles. I hate running. Sprint Tri's usually are cluster f's too. Too many people that don't know what they are doing and the swin is usually in a pool and a huge mess.

I might make it there. I have a sprint tri on Labor Day and I want to see how that goes first.

No. Its open to the public.

I dont think its a pool. A friend of mine did it last year and he didnt say anything about a pool.

Shit, I just swam for the first time tonight in a while...if I don't drown in the first part, I should be golden. Two months to get this shit together. 750m swim...I made it about 250m today and felt like dying. Bring on the pool, flippers....fuck it, bring on the speed boat.
