Tony, where in the Hell have you been?

I have sent you a text here and there, but never got a reply.

Do you have the same number? If not, that would explain a lot, LOL!

My heaviest was 240lbs. I think I was about 230 or so in that top left pic. I'm was 218 this morning. Not a huge weight difference but I have a lot more healthy weight on me now. In the past week I've upped my cardio quite a bit and have been eating a little healthier, moreso portion control. Been slowing down on the drinking, too. That alone will kill off a ton of caloric intake especially since I would always eat like total shit after a night of drinking.

      I'm 6' 1".

        Thanks for the comp's

        Tony,
I have been swamped at work, but I will write you back very soon...I promise.
I also have someone that I want to introduce you with, as you two seem to have a common ground.
Keep up the good work and never give up!
Not everyone will or can do what you do and have done.
        Stay up!

Ok so I posted this on another thread back on May on my anniversary. But here it is again.

This pic was taken this morning as I was lifting at the gym.

My starting weight in May '10 was 335lbs. On May '11 I was down to 244lbs. For about the last month I have hovered around 252-257. I blame it on #1 not having a job so my diet suffers. And #2 the fact that I incorporated lifting into my regime beginning in June. With that said, my stomach has gotten somewhat smaller and I have definitely gotten stronger. It's bittersweet to go up in weight but all in all I'm healthier so I can't complain!! Hope all of y'all are doing well also!

Tony, I hope you see this and post back up!

Yesterday I was talking about you to Keith and he told me about this thread. I'm really glad to see you post up man. Been wondering what was going on in your life. Like Matt said, I've sent several mssg's/calls etc... but haven't heard from you in month's, but don't take that in a bad way, I know you've had some demons to expel. I was wondering if you might have moved back to Dallas after you sold your condo, and was hoping to meet up for a beer or something.

You are looking great my friend. Hope you can keep it up, because having that kind of body will be so beneficial for you (just wish I could make myself do the same lol).

I'll pm my # in case you don't have it any more, so you can call any time you get a chance, especially if you can make it back to Tejas for a g2g like we talked about earlier (minus Sean, that basitd moved to CO.).

                          Take care brother -

I'm in on this too David!
I don't drink beer, but I'll definitely treat Tony to a fine steak somewhere(preferably Texas De Brazil though!).
I have thought and talked about Tony to many of my friends.
He is a true inspiration to many(and probably doesn't even realize it) and seems like a very kind hearted person that doesn't ask anything from anyone.

Here is something that I wanted to share with Tony as well...

                                Wow, incredible.
I'm guessing she's prepping him for a competition!?
She really seems to know her stuff.

As for the g2g... no doubt man. Anything would be great. But if it's going to be TDB, I'll have to bring Mary. She'd kill me if I went there without her. lol
I've been wanting her to meet Tony anyway. She's asked several times about him, over the past months.

Tony, lets make it happen man.
