Can you post up if you get it resolved and such? Just like to put it in a mental folder if needed later.

I was going to suggest this.

Take your BP in the morning for a base line and then again while you are working out as soon as you experience the headaches.

A couple years ago I would get serious headaches will having sex, turns out it was my BP through the roof. I am medicated now and with regular excercise my BP stays just fine. No more splitting headaches at the wrong time either.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

So it turns out I had 2 disks in my spinal cord shifted. I was in Mexico last week and I went to a doctor/chiropractor there. He looked me over, bent me, broke me, and cracked me in every which way. Now I'm good to go. I'm still going to get my blood pressure checked though.

I have one in my desk at work....right next to my BP meds.

OP, it's a pinched nerve that you keep reagitating. I had the same thing for almost a month straight. Happened when I was dipping heavy weight. Dismounted and had a pounding headache in the back of my head, left side, top of the neck/base of the skull. It would go away until I started my next set. It was actually a constant twinge for the entire period of time. I could sit at work and feel a little discomfort, like a very dull headache.

..I worked through the pain.. and it went away finally. I reckon if I had just stopped working out for a week, it would have healed faster.

              My couple 'o cents

OP, any resolution to this? It's happened twice to me, when really straining. It's like the worst brain freeze EVER and shoots down the back of your neck. Today I damn near passed out, and after it happens it easily comes up again so you can't really work hard at the gym for the day.

Crap, just re-read the thread and saw Memo posted. I don't THINK mine is blood pressure - but I'll check it and maybe get a chiro appointment. Never had one, everyone talks so highly of them.

I had never gone to a chiropractor either but it worked. Sometimes it's worth a shot instead of taking pills and shots cuz the doctors just prescribe for fun...
