  • Workout plan for Husky guy 2 get ready for marine basic training?

For someone let's say 6'1 253 lbs that doesn't work out now, is there a workout plan I can use to go from office desk to boot camp ready in 3 months? I'd lik to lose about 60 lbs if possible in 3 mos. Is that doable?

I doubt you'll be able to get under fat body status for boot healthily in 3 months. Besides exercise and unfuckinh your diet the best thing you can do is get used to small portion meals. Because if you get labeled as a diet recruit you'll be eating less than a Jew at Auschwitz.

I tried to PM you but you have them turned off. I have a nutrition shop and I'd say that 80% of guys I work with have similar goals to you. I'll be out all day today but call and leave a message and I'll call you back when I get it.

Do you offer any sort of discount to members(such as a percentage off)?
Just asking because Greg also gets free advertisement, but he also offers the members something in return...

Diet is number one, but you will also have to do a massive amount of intense lifting and/or running. I suggest seeing how many miles you can stand to run a day 4 days a week, and lift 3-4 days a week.

I don't want to get off topic, but will the drill instructor (drill sergeant?) use the term "husky" as well? Are they allowed to go Full Metal Jacket on you?

I'm not sure what you can and can't afford but look in to getting a personal trainer. They know what they're doing. With the amount of time you have, it's gonna be 90% diet though. Good luck man, and thanks for serving all of us. If you wanna join 24 hour fitness, let me know and I'll put you on my friends and family plan. $10 initiation, $24.99 and you can freeze your account with no $7/month charge like usual since you'll be on military leave.

Yes, in the hook up thread I stated that I'll give 15% off to anyone from here.

                      Awesome, thank you for that!

Please make sure and mention that whenever you give your contact info, so members can take advantage.

So far, no one has PM'ed me about any complaints of free advertisements, so I let it go on and try to offer our members something in return.

He will be called a fat body. Fat bodies get extra motivation whenever there is downtime. Fat bodies will also have two red stripes painted accross his shirt so they don't get over-fed in the chow hall. Guys losing 30-45lbs is not unheard of by the end of recruit training. It's all mental.
