Yup, the Boddybugg is a good little investment. My wife has been using one for several months now and it's taught her several things.
The big on is eating right for her. i.e. One time she did a 6 mile run and burned 3500 calories for the day. That was not eating enough and often enough. When she eats right she can do a 3 mile run and burn 3800 calories.
The research I did on those indicated that they are accurate within 3%, which to me is pretty good.
Edit: For the record, 3500/3800 may not be 100% correct. I think those were the numbers, but it was a 300 calorie difference for working less but eating properly which blew her away.
