Just bought the Bowflex Selecttech 1090 dumbbells

Got a pretty good deal on them but they were still pretty pricey. I paid $389 for both including tax and shipping.

Let's see how sexy I can get. Lol. I have a pretty good home gym setup already so these should help me do a few more exercises. For this price I plan on keeping them forever.

I remember looking at those a while back, but the price steered me clear of them.

I love the idea of the space savings and having 10-90lbs on hand is nice!

We have them here at our gym. The weight adjustment knobs stick and do not always release the weight. It can be set on5lb but the rack is still attached solid. My workout buddy is always wasting time jacking with them trying to get them to free up. He wastes a lot of time when we already have a good assortment of DB sets.

It may just be our enviroment. For home use your results may be better.

I have the 5-52.5lb selecttechs (im a wimp).They're great, but their length makes some exercises more difficult. I bump my legs a lot and have to be careful on tri exercises.
