Anyone else using it? Im really diggin the program. It works great and most of the stuff I have eaten has been in the database. I set my goals to lose 1.5lbs of fat a week. Has me set at 1600 calories. Keeping track of every little thing that I eat has really helped. Tracks your exercise, your food, how much protein you take in... Using the app can make sure you are on a healthy track to lose fat and not muscle. I actually had to eat more food today because of my workout.

If you guys dont use it, you should check it out. Its online and you can get phone apps. Its 100% free

I just loaded this app after reading this thread, it's pretty damn good. Lots of info preloaded. Thanks for the suggestion.

i have to keep the app on my home page so I constantly see it. when you document your intake it holds to some accountability. I had no ideas how many calories i was taking in, I started using it in mid March and have lost about 12lbs. I like that if you run or add cardio it will add calories to your daily allowance so I can have my occasional cheat day

Im glad there are some other people that are using this program. It really is a great help. Im going for a slow steady 1-1.5lb of fat loss a week. We will see how it works. The key is to not lose any muscle and try and just lose fat. I have held steady at a net of 1600 calories a day. For the week, Im 75calories over.
