    I am not so much into the size aspect anymore, but more so into the symmetrical side of weight lifting now.
    I have really had to go hard on my legs as of the last year or two and I am now finally starting to get some good size and power to them.
    Don't get me wrong, I can still lift plenty of weight, but I just enjoy doing a lot of different lifts, using many different weights, techniques, and angles and always staying very intense.

    Get back on your diet man, losing the fat off my body was one of the best things I ever did for myself.
    People can actually tell that I workout now!
