I'm on the look out for 04-06 Jeep LJ's. I've seen a few peeking through at 10k, and I'd like to be around that. I'm okay with minor damage. If you guys happen to spot any decent looking deals let me know. DFWM is the most powerful vehicle scavenging source I have, might as well use it!

Doesn't say if it's an auto or stick...
2004 LJ Unlimited Jeep - $12500 (N Dallas)
approx. 133000 miles (highway). Bought it from a S. Texas salesman who used it as his work car. I have had it 3 years and have put 5K miles on it. I have replaced the u-joints, added an Ol Man Emu Lift (shocks and springs), BFG Tires and New wheels (5 - spare), Smitty rear Tire carrier and JKS sway bar relocators. I have only used it as a back-up car. It has been to Texoma a few times and Austin. Wife wants a car. I have $14000 in it. It has a Ranch Hand front bumper and I have a soft top that has never been put on.

The black one is the one I've been eyeing, except it's an auto. Thanks for posting up those OKC Jeeps, that Rubi isn't too bad, but that mileage is a little bit more than I want honestly, even though I'm sure the engine is fine, I'd rather stay closer to 110k. Looks like the insurance company originally made me a lowball out the ass offer, and now they've bumped it up to a much better offer of 12k, so I keep 9k and my jeep, so I'm just about there. I just need to find someone to buy by drivetrain and tub, and other miscellaneous parts. My doors will fetch $1,000 alone so I'm in the ballpark of all of these. I just don't look forward to stripping down two jeeps in my driveway. I'm still looking. I've decided I want a 2004-2006 Rubicon Unlimited. A dana44 up front and the beefier 4:1 transfer case and no need for an SYE will save me a hell of a lot of money. Only problem is there sure isnt' many of them out there. Currently across the nation Manheim has 3 Rubicon Unlimited's for sale. One in Florida asking $13,800 w/ 91k miles. So damn far."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

I'm keeping an eye out for a Rubicon Unlimited. There are not many out there, but I'm watching.
I have to laugh at some of the asking prices on these. Some of them are literally asking more than the vehicle was new.Last edited by CJ; 04-24-2013, 11:58 AM."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
