you know, i really dont see a problem with them (VS or phil) in terms of buying sites but it's a pretty poor business practice to pay for a relatively large internet forum, join that board, mingle, then fuck with the members and rules and make the entire site absolutely worthless.
you know what would work fine? buy the site, let them enjoy their board the way it was before you bought it and enjoy your ad money.
