Failure to maintain safe distance. There is no need to be three feet off his/her bumper at highway speeds in an instance like that. Instead of pulling some douchebag roadrage stunt like that, the cop could have flashed to pass, blipped his siren, any of that shit from a safe distance instead of putting both vehicles and everyone around them in danger.

He did appear to be following too closely, but I don't think that's what Stevo was referring to.
