        it has been around for many years. it is a huge pia to do and gets expensive. you have to have a flawless black base to start with .

          I saw an R1 done that way that I wanted to buy back in 08 while I was in Iraq. If it's done right, it's badass. Of course the bike had all the metal bits truly chromed and then all the plastics were done in the paint.

            I'm familiar with Alsa and there chrome paint, but is this some new easier process of applying it? Last time I checked, just the equipment to spray it was around 10k.

              Damn if its durable, I would like to get my rims painted. I was going to get them chrome powder coated but it doesn't really look chrome to me.
