I heard about this while driving today. They were tazing him, but apparently the electrodes didn't hit skin(got caught up in the USA jacket). Then when he didn't drop from the tazer they decided to beat him like Rodney King.

While being tazed, billy club shots to the neck, head and side, and the dude just looked at him. I'm sure that would shrink the dick of any cop.
