This is our new puppy Vader we got about three months ago. He's a black lab/ golden retriever mix. Awesome dog. Lots of energy.

I'd still like to know what the hell... causes this. You see it from time to time, nothing anyone can really do. Seems like people would want to take better care of their dogs, I mean hell they raised the thing to this point. Maybe some old person died and it was outside at the time... who knows. Been 3 years since i've put my Vizsla down because of lymphoma. He was the best bird dog i've ever had the privilege of being friends with. Found a great new breeder and i'm on a waiting list for next spring. Gonna be a female time though, and she has big shoes to fill.

All of these were taken last January shortly after he turned 1 year old, which is when I got him. I'll have to get updated pictures.

Our latest pup. Rocket was in a kill shelter in Atlanta. He was being used as a bait dog and they had no hope for him. My wife drove to Georgia to get him before they put him down. Here he is the day she brought him home
