Working at my dealership has made all these cars seem not so rare. When I see SLRs on a weekly basis(enough to recognize some any time I see them) and the fact we have 4 SLSs on our lot and a couple Maybachs, most stuff doesn't seem so rare. A rare car we had in last week was the only Bugatti Veryron Supersport in the country(stickered for 2.7). The clean classics are what draw more attention from me than anything.Originally posted by Marisawe women are all irrational and emotional and insane...some just hide it better than others.

I don't think Hummers were available for public use in '92
And if I posted every "nice" car I see in southlake everyday, I'd have more posts here than Fred--Marcus

Geez, One Up er...
Hell, I was spoiled and got a nice truck but it paled in comparison to what other kids were driving.
I had friends with planes, houses with Moats, houses with maids/ butlers apartments, a buddy that his dad just bought new jet skis every summer instead of service last years model, etc... and my "generation" from southlake doesn't hold a candle to what goes on now.
And no, my parents did not engage in any of this silly behavior.

I grew up in Keller and graduated in '95. I'm glad it wasn't that prevalent back then, at least in Keller. There were a few kids with nice cars, but very normal otherwise. I dread how those Southlake, etc. kids are going to grow up when they are handed everything for nothing. They will be in for a rude awakening.
Even if I made several mil a year, I would never buy my kid anything nice for a first or second car, even through college. They would have safe, reliable transportation, that's it. Screw keeping up with the Joneses.Ford

It looked like an MC12 without a wing to me... but I don't keep up w/ much of the supercar / kit car stuff these days. I guess that quarter window and actual rear glass should have given it away.
