  • Bought some new stuff for my shop..

Long story short I went through 3 80gallon compressors from lowes in less then 4months. POS I can say, So picked this one up from T.S.C.(Great deal too, $860 out the door) and ended up going half's on the welder with my pops.. I just need a few more tools to get, but these I needed the most.. My 2nd Ingersoll Rand compressor and I love them...No issues so far..

Probably a MIG. See how the side door comes up for the wire, large wheel too. Plus, not nearly enough knobs for a TIG. Just my 2¢.

            Nice rig.

That is the same welder and compressor I have. They have been in storage for 4 months while my old building was torn down. My stuff better still be there when I go check on it. LOL

PS as for it being a good compressor mine is 8yo and I have never had an issue with it. Its not going to last in a commercial enviroment but home shop it will last just fine.

Yeah they are good compressors, i wanted to move up to the bigger 80 gallon compressor but that one runs about $2k. So ill stick with this for now and later on move on up to a bigger one to run multiple hoses and equipment.

we use 2 of those big ass air compressors at discount tire. ours might be a bit bigger but for the 6 years ive worked there we've had 0 problems out of them.

Wanted this one, but the price is pretty high compared to what I picked this one up for.. $860 out the door.
