I think it says more considering the fact that every Swiss household has real weaponry in it... we say "fuck the police"? what happens when you say "fuck you" to somebody? nothing...

Oh yea, there are exceptions to that. A friend of ours was a trumpet player when he served his time in the Swiss Army. He got to take his trumpet with him after his service.
