You watch your mouth, I liked the Mustang II and had a clean '78 myself in highschool .

Actually, I suppose one working eye would do it too. Suffice it to say that they look quite different.

2014 is probably the soonest we should expect a redesign.

Sorry if I come across as unnecessarily harsh. I just resent being drawn off sides by a dummy question that a little common sense could answer.
I've always thought the 2005 to current is the same, and I see several Google searches say the same thing. Sure, they made a small change to the front end and rear, but it is really the same style car.

            Fourth Generation (1994-2004)
Not only did 1994 mark the 30th anniversary of the Ford Mustang; it also ushered in the fourth generation of the car, which was built on a new FOX4
            Platform.

            Fifth Generation (2005-2011)
In 2005, Ford introduced the all-new D2C Mustang platform, thus launching the fifth generation of Mustang. As Ford put it, "The new platform is designed to make the Mustang faster, safer, more agile and better-looking than ever." In the 2010 model year, Ford revised the interior and exterior of the car. In 2011, they added a new 5.0L V8 engine to the GT line up, and upped the output of the V6 model to 305 horsepower.

I say it is time for a new style now!!!

Well, I don't know what to say except it's simply not the same. The interior is changed a lot and every body panel except the roof is significantly different, to an even greater degree than a 98 differs from a 99. If you can't see it, you're just not paying attention.

I don't understand what this information is supposed to support, except that we can expect about the same chassis longevity out of the 05-current (S197) that we got out of the 94-04 (SN95).

I agree they are different, just not thatdifferent IMO. They need to be more extreme witht he changes. Like fox's, they all basicaly look the same, subtle changes every couple years.

To me I guess, I want to see like the difference between the 93/94 or the 2004/2005 styles. Something very different than the current style.

Well, I think we'd all like to see that, but is this a wishlist, or a realistic discussion on what we're likely to get?

I don't know but I hope whatever they do they remove the sequential tail lights. I dislike them to say the least...

That's crazy talk. That's about the only thing I like about the 10-current car.

I think the newer Mustangs look better than the previous earlier 2000 model mustang.

Agreed I like the sequential taillights, they're the only thing that saves the back of the car for me since I hate the caved in look of the rear bumper on the new ones.

Also, I don't think you know what "coddled" means.
You really think that someone would be asking what the new bodystyle looks like, having obviously seen one by now? On top of that, the cars look pretty close to the same. Soooo it never crossed your mind that it was possible I might be talking about something else? Ok. I'll believe that.

Seems like you're the one who doesn't know what the word means:

coddled past participle, past tense of cod·dle (Verb)
                              1. Treat in an indulgent or overprotective way: "I was coddled and cosseted"

You guys and your failed attacks are always good for a laugh, if nothing else. Although a little pathetic.
