I've never used wire nuts or connectors when doing radio work. I always solder. I try to make an adapter harness if I can so I don't have to butcher the factory harness.

Wow. This one actually hurts. I don't always keep it clean, but I always keep it maintained. I don't have a choice its on the road 600 miles a week.
