    I went from this:

    to this:

It's not much, but it brakes and drives SO much better. I've still got to do the titanium lower and the black trim, but it's geting there.

What did you use on the front clip?

I used the Duplicolor "perfect match" base and clear in a rattle can. I got lucky and found the paint code at my local Orielly's. It's not "perfect", but it'll get the job done untill I can get a pro paint job.

I used the duplicolor on a fender once, and cleared with some leftover out of a paint gun. Almost looked factory other than it looked better than the rest of the cars 16 yo paint.

Oh, gotcha. It looks good. I thought there was some serious buffing going on.

That's actually the problem I have. The front clip is so much darker and deeper green. The car has low miles, it's just been sitting in a out in a field since 03, so the paint is really sun baked. I'm slowly trying to rejuvenate it back.

did you use a paint can or gun? I need to redo my side skirts so i could use a little help on which way would look fine.

the green is from a can. I plan on rattle canning the silver as well. I'm still looking for the right paint in a can for this though. I've got a few leads from this thread:

I need to order some of the SEM paint and see if I like it. I tried the duplicolor Wheel coating and think it's too metallic and too silver for me.

I've got a set of polished 01 cobras too, but I think I like the silver 99s better.

I like the old wheels better, but I'm "that guy". New lights really bring it back to life, and I fully support any effort with a rattle can that looks good. I've seen it happen to great effect before, and your effort looks great in the pics.
