How close to his right to shoot oldfag would that guy have been if he had been carrying? I know you have to be in fear for your life, so I guess since that guy only threw one punch he wasn't close enough to the line.

I would not LIKE having to bitch out, but when carrying you have to be the sensible one and avoid the problem in the first place.
Edit: Or at least that's what should be done and you need to try and be that level headed. We all know how those things go, but ya have to do it.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

Here's what I saw:
1) Old man refuses to yield right of way : misdemeanor
2) Young guy pops clutch and almost hits old man : Attempted vehicular assault/attempted aggravated assault : felony
3) Old man (attempts?) assaults young guy : not necessarily a felony if argued it was in self defense.
4) A bunch of jaw jacking and testosterone inflated BS.
In a court of law, it is never good to commit the 1st felony.
But if you shoot someone after you committed a felony in response to their misdemeanor, you just made a drastic, critical error.

CHL does not give you the right to stir up shit so you can shoot someone. You don't want to get into a fight, even if you know you can win as (In my opinion) it could compromise your weapon.

Nope. This is a civil matter.

Possibly

Straight up misdemeanor assault. There is no way at this time he is acting in self defense. This is 100% retaliation.
