I hate the manuerisms that metal vocalists typically do these days. Punching the air and shit. Just looks goofy.
That is bullshit. Not "metal", I can't understand a single word.

my all time favorite metal band is/was Sepultura, but they arent that popular (at least here in the states)

Max Cavalera has gone through a couple of bands, first Soulfly which never really worked out and now he's in some new band that still isnt the same.

It seems like most metal bands have one really bad ass song and then a bunch of mediocre shit. I actually like this song from 5FDP

Nice to see some Cannibal Corpse and some Obituary getting repped.

              Old man.

I'm pretty sure one of the stipulations of this thread was not to post five finger death punch being that they are a pop band?

yeah well you can take your stipulation and shove it you know where!

I HATE that about metalheads, they all have their idea about what metal is, whether it be more of a deathmetal or grindcore, or thrasher, or screamo, etc etc et nauseam. I like alot of different genres within the metal umbrella, and calling 5FDP a "pop" band is pretty retarded. Granted, they dont have alot of skill or technique, and the vocals are pretty shitty, the bleeding still gets me pumped and thats all that matters in metal.

That was a drunk post. I don't even know what I was trying to say. I don't like 5 finger death punch for what it's worth.

                      • this is why i hate talking about music.

i'd rather talk about money, politics, or religion over music.

Their choruses pop it the fuck out of the metal category IMO.

I moved here from Tulsa. These cat's were local. Maybe you'll dig them too!

A few flavors from The Agony Scene:
