Yep, dutch company called Spyker. They are relatively unknown, they have made some super low-volume "supercars."

They need an app to automatically update traffic and report the wreck when you crash, so others can avoid that road.

a lot of companies are doing this but they always miss the mark. this looks like the nicest one yet.
they need to just start working with windows/google/apple and integrate tablets into the dash.

lol @ toyota. i had a rental prius once which had a decent touch screen but it was angled way too high toward the windshield which made it virtually useless in sunlight.
