I got in trouble in Wyoming for defending myself when I guy attacked me at a club. We were both arrested for battery even though one of the cops that areested us was watching what happened and knew the other guy was the problem. Self defense isn't a defense up there. FUCK THAT SHIT.

Texas schools are no different. Zero tolerance is just as stupid here as anywhere else.

And I'd be willing to bet that if you were attacked and fought back in a bar in Dallas that you would be arrested as well.

Texas is the same way. A good friend of mine got suspended and temporarily expelled after a security guard found a bread knife, that had a rounded tip, and no teeth. Cost him many full ride scholarships even though after a week they let him back in school after the story went national. Zero tolerance is just a way for school districts to be lazy.
