Awsome post. What we take for granted can mean everything to a child. We have a picture of my daughter laying on the floor next to me reaching up under the dash of my Cutlass when she was 3. She is 5 now and still shows that picture to everyone that comes to the house. She even took it to show and tell once.

Any time I am going somewhere I ask her if she wants to go. It might be a 4-5 hour trip to look at a car but she loves just ridding and talking with daddy.

6-25-10 RIP Chloe Rene Daddy loves you always

we have been running this thing since 2003 and will be there again this year. where are you staying? see if the swiss clock inn has any more rooms available. that's where the thursday night party is and youy do not want to miss that.

we'll be in the white/blue 68 fastback ruinning the 110 class again.

what condition is 285 in this year? last year, dirt on the road from the oil trucks was an issue in one stretch.
The road looked great to me. There was noone on it and I'm not gonna lie...I did speed a little but not much. No debris or oil field truck tracks (i.e. dirt for 100's of yards).

I'm looking forward to it. With life as it is I'm not sure if I'll be down there Thursday night. But for sure all day Friday. I'll look for you there!

I own two consulting businesses, and now an industrial coating business that is technically broken into three: a realestate company, operations company, and a transport company.

Oh dear lord life is busy. LOL

The coolest part for me about your day adventure was that you got to spend some quality time with your daughter. People this day in age tend to forget what's important in life. FAMILY!!! Awesome car by the way!!!!!!

good to know the road is in good shape. one more question. how were the gas prices in FS compared to where you lived? i swear they raise the price 10 cents a gallon the week of the race.

one more thing, Just make sure you get there in time for rookie school. you may need to get there thursday. read the rule book real good for your speed class.

i'm pretty sure rookie school and practice is mandatory. if you have any questions, email Kenda.
