Ah, The Land.

Within a year of completion, it'll be worn out, filthy and look a hundred years old. Part of it is the maintenance and part is the clients. Free healthcare and anchor babies FTL.

It's undecided what's going to happen with the old building but from what I've been hearing it's very possible that SMU will get to use it.

It's still a long ways from being finished but we're working on it! It's a slow process.
