Every time I see one of those "cars", I think three things to myself:
1. Do I have a lighter?
2. Do I have a rag with me?
3. I hope that thing doesn't have a locking gas cap.

What's ironic is the fact that the driver of that car could both be on the receiving end or the giving end of a very dramatic episode of the "The First 48"
