I am HAUNTED by a car....62 Pontiac Tempest vert

I came across a running, driving 62 Pontiac Tempest convertible for a price I don't think I could lose on. Its kind of small. Maybe a little bigger than a Falcon. I really don't have any prior experience with BOP cars of this era. It has the 1/2 V8 4 banger. Its got a new generator, starter, master cylinder. I have heard it run. I didn't see any structural rust under it and seems overall pretty solid. The top has a couple of holes that could be patched and it needs a new hydraulic cylinder installed (which comes with it). Its got old primer, so it needs paint, but its pretty straight. It could be driven around and gradually over time I could spruce it up. I got greenlights from the wife, the kids are begging, all my enabler friends are pushing me. Like I need another project. I think I've about talked myself into it.

I think that 4 cylinder is 1/2 of a 389 V8.
