I dunno if they are covers or not, but anyone that is willing to spend that much on rims and tires, but only buy brake covers is a tool and a half.

not really lol. There 18" and the wheels on that car are maybe 19". I didnt want to go any bigger than the factory wheels, I just made a bad choice in tires mainly due to I don't have much experience with tire sizes. When these are worn out I will get better tires..

In my opinion the rotors look stock size and there are no signs of them being drilled or slotted, though it is a shitty camera phone pic so who knows.
