My '92 & '02 Lightnings both leaked from around the windshield during drive thru carwashes, but never during rain or anything, I owned 20ish Ford vehicles from 1991-2018, not issues or lemons here, most have been new and the few used ones had no major issues.
I'm not saying Ford doesn't have any problems, but I have yet to experience any, try buying a new MB and driving it through a puddle of water and see how fast you are stranded in the rain. And most of those cars are upwards of $80k.

I had a '03 GT Vert and it leaked like a sieve in the rain with a fully refurbished top. In fact, my '00 GT starting leaking from the passenger door window sill when taking it to a brushless carwash.

The Fords leak almost as bad as the old Stingray corvettes.
