That's pretty reasonable. My 30x40x14 with a 12x40 awning was 23k, I had them do a patio cover and extend my driveway to it, total was 26k. 6" and 8" slab for the shop.
send me the contact info for who did your shop. I'm about ready to pull the trigger on one out here, and I think 30x40x14 is what I want to go with too.

I think that’ll be a great size. I wanted to go bigger but also didn’t want to just totally engulf my property with a metal building. I used Winslow’s, they have several locations around the metroplex.

I sent it to your bookface.

That's rad! The only thing I'd change would be the height (I need minimum 10' doors to get the race car in) and enough pad to turn a car around while driving it.
Dogs are enjoying it already. And we got the spray foam in yesterday. Now I need to finish out my sign wall in wood and barn tin so I can get everything hung right.
I couldn’t help but to go ahead and get a couple signs up, but this entire wall will be old barn tin along the bottom, then finished out in wood above that. Up top in between the braces will be my shelving with all my oil cans, old toys, misc smalls.

I’ve been thinking about that. I’ll have to get everything situated then figure it out
I'm going to install a Bendpak in my garage this next fall. It's going to be happy birthday to me.
If I had your kind of space I'd think about a rotary two post though.
Also important, now that you've had the Mk IV again, would you do it all over again? I keep pricing out builds but it's an honest 40k or 50k to do it right. Worth it? I keep thinking that's turbo 911 money too and they go up in value eventually.
