Home invasion potential. Give me your address, knowing you're not there, you might have other stuff I want to take..."Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776

People that are not able to formulate a complete thought into a single message and need to break it down into several messages, usually one right after the other was your first warning. Simple words that are misspelled was your second warning. When you see the combination of these two it's best not to entertain.
In my experience these people will buy something only 10% of the time but will waste 100% of your time.

Her son is 3 miles away you can always be available for situations like this, if we choose to do so. Of course I would never let someone be there without her having back up.
Like was mentioned above, the verbiage and how anxious he was to get my address and show up immediately at my house, along with the fact that he mentioned the street he lives on that was just around the corner from me that does not exist were all flags that this was a scam.
