300, 600 and 1200 here. Paid 500 dollars once to upgrade from 256K RAM to 512K RAM. 200 dollars for a 5.25" floppy drive. Hell, the 1200 baud modem I think I paid 300 dollars for it.

I remember joining the military after having not used PCs in awhile and was loving 28.8 and faster modems.
