At least she probably didn't suffer. Ground clearance is extremely low on forklifts, and added to the fact she was under the counter weight I bet it was instant death. I will watch it a second time in a second, but I did not see her move the first viewing.

Our forklift at work of compriable size is 8400lbs. I'm pretty sure she died instantly. Both sad and extremely stupid. If she would have rolled away she
would have made it. Just like a horror movie. She fell then couldn't regain her footing.
