I don't think you can have a cumulative total on the Scoville scale. It's 100 peppers that are around 200k, which still would test out at 200k. I'm sure it's ridiculously spicy but I bet the Wangz at Button's are hotter. He uses 6 ghost peppers and 3 habaneros per batch and marinades them overnight. Then he puts 4 more ghost peppers in the dip.
I know I won't order those things. You have to wear a respirator when blending the marinade. -
