Yeah I just decided to never become a lyft/uber driver. As long as his average rating stays above a certain level nothing will happen other than he'll never be matched to her again. He can rate her lowly though which will give other drivers a heads up. They require something around an 80% acceptance rate but drivers will use that 20% on 1 star rated passengers.
