  • Yea or Nay?

I've been wanting something to keep in the driveway that will pull a trailer and came across this little gem. 1997 F350 extended cab short bed with a 7.3PS. Looks kind of cool, but...

Not sure I'd do it, but it's on the short list.

What kind of trailer do you need to pull and how often?

Bed and cab don't line up on the passengers side. Was it a dually conversion, I didn't know any company ever made a short be dually besides those mega cab dodges

I am not sure what your seeing. It looks like its lined up the same way on the drivers side and looks lined up at the bottom.

Looks tilted right where the bed meets the cab, like the frame is bent. Hard to tell from that angle though.

To the OP, I hate that thing. A short bed dually looks stupid in anything other than a single cab. Not to mention that the super cab short bed was also rare, that thing might be an F150 conversion or a chopped long bed.

I was thinking an f250 short bed frame with a dually axle under it. They probably had to paint it because it was a conversion

I'm not a fan of dually's as it is, but the front end of that truck looks like shit. Factory bumper, grill and lights look way better.
