Even as we pulled it apart we were blown away how not a single clip broke and how tight it is. Thing is unbelievable underneath as well. Its easily the most solid C5 I have ever been in including when I bought my 99 FRC new off the showroom floor. lol

Little fun at Prarie Hill this weekend. This is against my buddies 2006 (I think thats the year) full bolt on Mazda Speed3. I really have a hard time at this track. 100 RPM less and it just bogs like crazy. 100 RP more and it goes 45* sideways in 1st. I really need to learn how to drive this damn thing. I was surprised though as I have seen his car hang close to my RS6 and beat a few Camaros and Charger RTs as well as newer 5.0 Mustangs.

His car is super quiet. It does not sound like your typical fart can ricer car. I really like his car and catches many people off guard because its so quiet. lol But my car is a solid 2 seconds faster in the quarter.

Looks like I am going to have to wide body the rear of my car. Buddy gave me a killer deal on some just beautiful wheels! They are 345/30/19 out back and stick out like 1.6" so the 2" widebody would work. But its well over 6K in wheels and tires and they looks sooo damn good and happen to be my favorite I-Forged wheels.

That is the exact fender kit I would get. But I would also get the ZR1 style rear splash shields. Cant rebarrel them as there is 2mm until they touch the body on the back side. I will have to clerence the splash shield a tad to allow for suspension travel.

Just mini tub the thing, those widebodies look like total shit in my opinion. It costs like 50 bucks, doesn't ruin the lines of the car, and works perfectly.
