Didnt want to clutter 4bangers thread so here is the updates on mine. Sorry, but since my real toys are down I am infatuated with this thing so will probably keep posting crap as I build it and make it faster. Some stuff arrived so I test fitted the Integy knuckles (love them but am waiting on hardened pivot balls) and then installed the rest of the stuff. The Integy rear shock tower, proper shock spacers, rubber wheelie bar wheels with bearings, motor cooler and have the 3S batteries on the balance charger now. Ill install the metal spur gear tomorrow after the aluminum skid plates, aluminum chassis braces and hardened pivot balls arrive. I also need to get some blue Loc-Tite as the Integy knuckles I cant really tighten down as they bind the control arms so I can only snug them and dont want the caps backing out. Also love the new body.

Truck is a Traxxas E-Maxx Brushless.

Here it was last week when i bought it. lol

And this is after the new body, shocks, shock tower arms, cooling system, knuckles, wheelie bar and a bunch of other stuff to make it stronger and faster.

no working R/C cars to date. Still have a RC-10L SS but it isnt running.

I still have these though and use them quite often

If you can read this thank a teacher. If it's in English thank a soldier.

Those duratrax tires are huge, laser. You'll have to get some video of that thing when it's running.

I just ran it on 6S for the first time. I am not skilled enough. I could never go WOT. Even doing well over 40 if I nailed it the truck would do an instant tail stand and slide upside down for 60-100 feet. Glad I had the basher body on it. I did hurt the titanium bumper though. The sparks looked neat at night though. lol
Think I will stick with 4S for a bit.

Video is a bit hard unless I get an on board camera.

I know the emaxx is quick but I would be interested to see how it fares against my brushless 9t T4 on 3S.

I'd kill to still have my old rc-10LSS

I still have an associated 18R Mamba bushless/2c Lipo that I play around with and a Latrax alias. The alias is the biggest pile of poop ever made.

Man that RC-10 brings me back. I remember building one about 30 years ago. lol

So this is why you dont try and run the 6S setup with a plastic spur gear. lol Kept spinning the tires but the one time it nearly dead hooked I heard the motor free spin a second later. lol

The center one is what the one on the left should look like. :nonono: The right one will cure the issue.

Those tires had a little to do with that. Loosen up that slipper some.

Oh and that gold pan RC10 IS the one I built almost 30years ago.
I pulled it out of storage this year.
