lol. Some of our Michigan defense counsel was robbing us blind. And we're not talking about the typical "call me at each critical stage" crap.
To me it's definitely having a good rapport with your counsel. It's just kind of humorous that you can defend a whole slew of 3rd party lawsuits for $10K with one attorney, but yet there's others out there defending the same style suits for $20k.
Those Michigan guys sure did spend some money partying with us though. lol.
