  • Sold my first car Saturday

After having my Regal for almost 23 years, I sent it to a new home Saturday. I popped the motor in it about 3 weeks ago after upping the nitrous to 200hp pills and installing my new Stinger plate. The cast pistons didn't like it, pretty sure I had a fuel system issue that let it go lean a little part way through 3 gear. Anyway, here's some carnage and the car leaving as a roller. I have all the components for a 10:1, full roller, V-6 that I'd been gathering for years to put together and drop in and decided I was ready for another vehicle to do it in. I'm thinking a Square body extended cab S-10 will be the choice. Should be 250-300hp on motor and I'll jet it for 250 on the nitrous, that was the plan for the Regal way back when.

That's in my home shop, my dad "remodeled" some and never finished it years ago. The wiring directly above the oil cap has the light switches for the 2 8 footers hung on the suspended part of the ceiling. The Jag behind the motor is sold now and I'll be able to clean that area out and remove the ceiling back to the wall in the background. The area over the office part (behind that wall) is decked on top for storage so it will remain. My dad passed in July and we've been slowly cleaning out junk he's had stored and accumulated for years and years and remodeling/taking out a bunch of stuff he started/never finished. The suspended wiring over the car is feeding from the panel to the over head lights and rest of the shop. It's add on's and shit that has been done over the years. My electrician friend will be replacing everything from the service in once we have our part done. It will be brought up to code, and hopefully reduced from 4 different breaker panels to 1 lmao.

We were asking what the car was with the wire wheels behind the motor, not the motor's wiring, lol. What kinda Jag is it?

Thank you, it had plenty of flaws and parts of it were showing their age from the rebuild that I finished in the mid 2000's. Dude that bought it seemed really excited and happy with it though. Should get a 383 he has and some bottle from what he told me. It'll be in Dallas somewhere. Yall will have to post up if you see it back out, unless it's some abomination of it's current state, then post in the Stupid things you see while driving lmao.

Well fuck, I blew way into left field on that lmao. I've been looking at that car since 2001 in about the same spot, I didn't even pay it any mind.

It's a 65 Jaguar S Type, a guy bought it from me a couple weeks ago to do a family project. Will be grandkids to the 80 year old grandpa involved.

I've sold 24 vehicles and motorcycles since about October.
