I know you are going to be on the opposite side of Africa for a while, but if work finds you near by there are some cool things you might try to see. In Tunisia is the original filming location of the Lars Moisture Farm from Star Wars you can tour. In Ethiopia there is a small monistary that tradition says houses the real Ark of the Covenant. You can't see it; only one monk is allowed to, but they have guarded it for hundreds if not a thousand years and it would be a cool place to see. Not sure you will have the time or desire for touring but if in the neighborhood it might be cool.

The Butcher!!
Not a hand washed one between the 20 of them probably. You won't find a single cleaning product such as bleach, soap or even water. Meat hasn't seen anything cooler than 100 degrees F in it's entire life. It was one of those places I wished I never stepped foot into. No wonder we get sick and it is a miracle I am still alive after eating this stuff for 2 months.
He charges more for the half with the tail, I assume.

Damn, do the temp rules on meat really matter if the smell test passes and you cook it hot enough?Interested in being a VIP member and donating to the site? Click here http://dfwmustangs.net/forums/payments.php

Damn, Keith, you cant find a J.O.B. here in the states that will pay you near what your getting there? I guess I will answer my own question, you probably wouldn't be doing it if it did.

No big purchases or vacations this year and I will have debt back to zero by December and able to start stacking savings away again. My move in a few weeks to Cameroon will net me more each month too since I will be getting perdiem.....that is going to the Cobra fund.I

I would love a reset like that. The daily grind of 8-5 and making sure bills get paid is hard on the mind.
