I was in that shop the other day. One of the kids that painted that car is painting my bosses '65 chevy PU at his house. It is in this month's Hot Rod.

Owner said it was $5k, and it was full to the brim with guns, ammo, etc. Kinda funny that he would leave his passport out though, I agree.

Haha, thanks man. I still need to get something painted on it. Still haven't decided what I'm going to paint on it though.

I spent about 8-10 hours alone on the engine turning ! My God damn arm/shoulder was killing me for a few days afterwards. But DAMN does it look fucking righteous out in the sun !!

I'm going to be in the Pinstriper's Panel Jam at the Dallas Autorama this year, and they wanted all of the guys that were going to be painting down there to bring some panels for them to auction off for a charity. I'm planning on doing a few panels, at least one, with some engine turning and candy powder coating to pinstripe and give to them to auction off. I'll probably do a couple solid color ones to stripe, and do a couple fancy ones. A good friend of mine owns a powder coating business, and he's going to do some trade out work with me for coating the panels, so I won't really have to spend a bunch of money getting some panels powder coated.
