I think the guy I'm thinking of actually looks a lot closer to clive owen, but its not him. Clive is close, though. The guy is kind of a goofball sometimes, almost like mr. bean in a way. He could typically be seen making that face that was in the painting. But anyway, imagine the guy in this pic making that face, but with long hair and a beard. Close, but still not a match.
