Jim Lytle! He was cool as fock! I used to work with him in Maui doing screen doors and windows back in the early 90's. Man that dude knew a ton about motors and loved those Allisons. He had 6 of them. 4 went into that car, one was sitting in the garrage and one was in a chopped top VW Micro Bus. I made the cables for the throttle and trans on that bus but never did see it run.

Would sit on his porch and watch the waves at sunset and get drunk on beers, thats when he had the best ideas. Made the Fordillac. Ford Curier... Currior... (sp?) mini truck and welded the nose of a FWD Caddy with a 500 in it to replace the trucks bed. My father was the first to drive it and all it would do is wheelie. LOL! So Jims solution was to put another FWD 500 in the front.

                  Man I miss Maui.

Thanks for the memories, havent seen that pic in years.
Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
